Let’s Stop Bullies

ALL NEW – Simply the Best – Powerful interviews with two different individuals with two different backgrounds. During their childhood life, both were victims of bullying by their peers because of their size. Raquel was bullied in school because of her small frame while Jordan was bullied by his classmates because of being overweight.

Two victims of severe bullying turned their lives around, making a difference and inspiring others.

Today… Filipino live-in caregiver and Overseas Filipino Worker advocate Raquel Delfin Padilla received an award for her first book “Tiis, Sipag at Tiyaga” and her second book “Sindi Ng Lampara” will soon be in stores in the Philippines and all over the world in March 2013.

Motivational speaker, movie producer, author and anti-bullying advocate Jordan Ninkovich is coming out with a second book that exposes bullying in the workplace. Jordan continues to follow his passion in writing, producing and acting while encouraging and mentoring others to do the same. He is also one of the producers and writers of the action thriller film Zombie Incorporated.

Powerful Friday! Let’s put our feet on the ground. Stand up! Let’s put our hands up. Scream and shout… “Let’s Stop Bullies!”

To the bystanders, here’s a reminder for you:

“To go against the dominant thinking of your friends, of most of the people you see every day, is perhaps the most difficult act of heroism you can perform.”
– Theodore H. White.

Be an ANTI-BULLYING HERO! Stop the fastest growing abuse worldwide… be an advocate against CYBER-BULLYING. Together we can stop it!

  1. Thank you so much for covering the topic on bullying, Luisa. Our world has seen so many lives affected and lost due to something which could be stopped altogether — if we all join hands. Bullies and the bullied — they need help, both from a different perspective. The bullied needs all the protection they can get because at worst, they are helpless human beings who just want to live normally but for some reason, become the victim of bullying. As a result, they get hurt, depressed and hopeless to the point of forgetting that they have a family who loves them. The bullies need help as well — as they need to be shown that there is no dignity in bullying. They need to be reassured and reminded about love and trust. There is no room for oppression because we all are created in the image of God. No one stands above anyone, and everyone is responsible for each other. This is an old, old saying but very true: Do unto others what you would want others do unto you. It is, after all, the Golden Rule. Good luck, Lui, more power to you!!! You make your co-Filipinos truly proud!
