The best moment for me is actually spending quality time with my family and friends. Believe it or not, I call this “me” time. The trip to San Francisco is another unforgettable phase that I will cherish forever. I attended my high school alumni reunion and I’m so honoured to give the MIDES award to a former classmate who highly deserved it. It was so fun and crazy being with classmates and other batches. Everything was just pure fun and great camaraderie. Oh my, we were noisy! Also, after 35 years, I was so happy to be in the company of two beautiful friends from college. My daughters Kim and Zenia were surprised to hear some never before told crazy stories during my university days.

Staying at the Embassy Suites in South San Francisco is quite awesome except that our room was at the very high floor. Leaving and coming into the room was such a big challenge for me. I thought I could conquer my fear of heights but I’m still proud of panicked-self being able to walk in the middle of it.

Had a great laugh with my friend, comic and actress Fe De Los Reyes at the Fort McKinley restaurant where I interviewed her about her upcoming show in Vancouver, her favorite restaurant, her inspiration, her shows. She was amazing!
