Once again, I would like to express my appreciation to the first Filipino chairman of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, Ruben V Nepales for including me in his first groundbreaking book that features talents of Filipino heritage making it in the world entertainment stage. There were 5 major book launches and I’m so honoured to host one here in Vancouver. Ruben and his wife, Janet, and our super talented good friend Bernardo Bernard flew here from LA to join our Simply The Best celebration of Filipino excellence.
