Today’s show is special to my heart. We met Hollywood fashion designer Oliver Tolentino in 2012 after the book launch “The Philippines in Hollywood, My Filipino Connection” in CBS Studios, Hollywood. Our beautiful friends Ruben and Janet Nepales (directors, Hollywood Foreign Press Association) introduced us to this awesome designer. We visited his shop in Beverly Hills and filmed our interview.

We were inspired by his sweet, proud yet down-to-earth attitude and his heartwarming gratitude to his ultimate inspiration.

When we were ready to feature Oliver, all the video footages disappeared from our hard drive. We searched for days but couldn’t find the footages at all. Recently, we were surprised to recover some video footages of our interview. So now, better late than never… we are proud of Oliver and we are grateful for his amazing hospitality.
